Wheel building sticky?

With the relatively consistent interest that seems to be stirring regarding wheel building, would any of the mods consider a sticky on the subject, with a primary resource (books, videos, etc) post followed by tips and tricks by BF members?
I realize that the same could be said for many mechanical topics, but wheel building is its own realm IMO.

Do others / mods feel that this might be beneficial, or would it be too much of a can of worms?
Cheers!
