Bottom bracket confusion
Hello
I'm building up a 2004 Cinelli Unica frame, so of course an Italian BB should work (70mm wide shell). I have a Shimano BB-6500 marked "70", but the cups are too small in diameter to engage the threads. The frame is threaded the same direction on both sides, confirming the Italian thread. From the research I've done, this BB should fit! Are there multiple diameters of Italian BB's that I'm not aware of? Thanks for your help.
