Would Paul Racer Medium Brakes work with Shimano 600 SLR road levers?

Hi Everyone, I'm hoping someone knows the answer to this. The Paul Racer Medium brakes require a "short pull" level. Would the Shimano Ultegra 600 SLR road lever fit this description? This Shimano is the FC6400 generation, also known as "Tri-color." Thanks.

Yes, anything but dedicated "long" pull, or linear pull brake levers are short pull.
