I know this was up for discussion before but cannot find any info. on it. so here it is again.
I am building a 29er and plan on using the XX1 system and a press in BB I was thinking of using BB30 or GXP.
1.What one is the best to use?
2. BB shell dimensions do I need machine to? Alum. frame. That I am building.[SUB][/SUB]
Any help here would be great.
Thanks, Ted

The GXP system is a SRAM crank system, you might mean PF30 (The SRAM version of BB30). PF30 will be easier for you to make as the tolerances aren't as fine, and you won't need to machine a recess into the shell for a circlip.
