yes you can, you have to buy the stem and use your old handle bar....

Did you want to swap because of more/less:{angle, extension} or stiffness/flex issues?

I'm sure you realize with a traditional quill stem like the Nitto you'll need to unwrap the tape and remove the lever on one side of the bar for installation...
