Where to find hard to get(yet not uncommon) parts
In the interest of not throwing away usable parts, I recently went through the LBS's reflectors. I was able to complete a good number of front/rear reflectors, but many of the wheel reflectors were missing nuts. Do you guys know of a source for them? I looked on ebay and found someone selling them for $5 each, but I decided against it. I could have them 3d printed, but $1 each(my guess) seems excessive as well.

Generally bike people don't care for wheel reflectors. When we remove them, the little screw breaks off. The little screw is uusually just a plastic screw with 2 tabs and is split in the middle with tabs to stay in place. When they are removed, one side of the split usually breaks off and then it falls out and is unusable anymore.
We generally just chuck wheel reflectors in the trash.

I was actually looking for a reflector-kick stand.

Technically, all stock bikes sold are supposed to be supplied with reflectors all-around, but some shops don't put them on the "good bikes." Those shops might have a drawer of them for those customers who do want reflectors and have had the ones on their bikes broken. But there is no wholesaler that sells those nuts by themselves. As it has been pointed out, those nuts break easily, especially when they are old and have gotten brittle.

Yes, you could 3D print just about anything. That doesn't mean it's going to work. Thin 3D printed parts are incredibly fragile. If you've ever worked with one, you'd know they are best for looking at, not actually functioning as a part. Also, if I you can find someone printing small parts for $1, let me know who they are, especially if they throw in an accurate reverse-engineering CAD file of the part to be printed as well.

If you really want to use the wheel reflectors, you could always drill a hole and use a nut/bolt/washer setup to affix them to the wheels.
