Replacement for MAFAC "Racer" pads / holders?

I'm in the process of trying to find pads that are compatible with an old set of MAFAC "Racer" brakes. I know Kool Stop makes the inserts for the pad holders (which would be my first choice), but I no longer have the original holders. Does anyone have any recommendations for compatible brake pads? One concern that I have is that they're reasonably close to the same size as the originals (~47 mm), as some of the longer mountain bike type pads look like they'd have some fork clearance issues.

You're talking about the canti style pads with smooth non-threaded studs, right? You should be able to find some shorter pads than the huge MTB style ones.

I have a couple (?) Mafac Racer brakes sitting in the parts bin at home. If you want I can see if the pads/holders are there, and send them to you. Since I will probably never use them.

That would be awesome I just converted my Motobecane to 700c, and the Racers are the only brakes that I had around with enough reach to do the trick.
