Torque for stem?

I was wondering if anyone had an idea what the torque setting should be for an aluminum stem with aluminum bars? I just lowered my bars and have no idea what the proper setting should be.

I depends on what ya got. www.parktool.com repair section has suggested torque values for alot of things.
