RD Claw Bolt/Washer/Nut Kludge?
I'm putting together a Mesa Runner with an eye towards donating it to someone in need of transportation at a local shelter.
I have an old Shimano "400" claw derailer that was part of a "thrown in with purchase" parts box. No bolt/washer/whaddyaclallit -- the doodad that bolts it to the dropout and keeps it from spinning...
Are there any safe/simple standard kludges for when this is the case?
Also, what is this part called?

The wheel axle nut should hold it in place. get a helper to hold derailer position as you install wheel. future rear flats become a pain, but if he goes to a LBS for that they'll probably sell the parts at same time
