Rear wheel woes.
I just got an Alex D240 rim w/ Serfas Seca 700x25 130 psi tire for the rear. Not thinking I put a rim strip instead of tape and got a pinch flat. Patched, taped, and stripped and I'm getting pinch flats up the wazoo. I'm 180-5 lbs. am I just not putting enough air in the tire or should I get a larger tire? Thanks for any ideas and suggestions.

Are you pumping to over 90psi?. If so it probably isn't low pressure. Also getting pinch flats involves comprssing the tire flat against the edge of the rim, you'd feel the hard jolts.
I suspect the flats ape probably related to your mounting technique, but would need more info. Are the tires super hard to mount?, do you mount by hand, or use tools? Are the pinch flats in the same place, or randomly around the rim or tire? the more details you provide, the more likely someone can point you toward the problem.

I can't find that rim, but if it's a double wall rim, it sounds like the rim strip is blowing into the nipple holes.
IF that's the case, that's NOT a pinch flat,
BTW, I had horrible luck with flats & Seca's. (from the bottom side)

If the flats are really from pinching the rim on a road surface and if you're running "proper' pressures then the issue is your riding technique and/or choice of too small a tire volume. Andy.

please tell what sort of pump you are using
anything other than a decent floor pump with an accurate gauge
or a decent floor pump without gauge but using a separate accurate gauge
will make it very very hard to get adequate pressure
