Rear rack that hooks to seat + stays?

Hello

Since I only carry a single 7-10kg bag when I tour, a rear-rack isn't a good solution for the Eclipse X20 folding bike, and I'd rather some kind of rack that hooks to the seat and the stays à la Carradice:

Ideally, I'd like a rack compact enough to be left on the bike after it's folded or quick enough to remove if I have to.

What do you think?

Thank you.
