Can anyone recommend me a good honest and knowledgable bicycle mechanic in San Francisco?

Mick. He works part time at the REI bike shop in Concord. 20 year+ member of our bike club. Dedicated rider and excellent mechanic. He'll work with you through REI, or one-on-one. I'll vouch for him.
