Road Forks with Bigger Tyre Clearances; What Are The Options?

Trying to find hard data about forks is nigh on impossible!

Perhaps users could help me and others out if they have had experience in fitting 25mm, 28mm or more tyres in their forks, and what they think of those forks.

I'm currently building a 44m Head Tube'd Ti road bike. I want the fork to take a 25mm, and maybe even a 28mm. I'd like full carbon, under 400g, either 1.125 to 1.25 or 1.5 tapered and 43 or 45 rake and would prefer lateral stiffness but not bothered about it being aero. I can't afford the Seven 5E (£525) and don't want the aesthetics of a Wound Up. ENVE 2.0 Taper would work but it is sold out here in the UK. 3T Rigida? Columbus Grammy, Grammy Slim or Fel? Something puts me off the Whisky no7 (it has a small crown that wont match the 44mm HT). Deda Surf, RS, Stream?

I'm currently sat next to an Easton SL90 Taper and it doesn't take a 25mm.

And if fellow users have an opinion on how a fork feels to them through experience that would be appreciated. Thanks for the tips!
