Do you all think I'll have any difficulty with this setup:

Cable hanger
Tektro Brake Cable hanger, frame mount

+

Nitto M12 front rack

+

Nitto ZAO decaleur mounted to a Technomic stem

+

Ostrich handlebar bag

I'd want to be able to use a fender too.

No risk no reward .. give it a Go.. take the plunge ,

its not like skydiving.

your feet stay close to the ground..

it should work ok

I have the Tektro fork mounted hanger, the same one seen on the webpage link. The rack will interfere with the cable placement. Consider a rack that mounts directly to the fork legs, like this one: Amazon.com : Blackburn MTF-1 Front Bicycle Rack (Black) : Bike Panniers And Rack Trunks : Sports & Outdoors

Another solution is to switch to V brakes, be sure to use the matching brake levers.

Did you end up trying this setup? I am about to try something pretty similar(nitto m12+ fork cable hanger" tomorrow.
