Campy Barcon TT Shifter Help or Advice

For those who have had their Campy Ergo era barcons break the El Cheapo plastic pod, have you ever tried the Shimano or Rivendell/Dia-Compe aluminum pods? I have 3 sets at home all cracked in the identical place. Considering how much they cost it's real disappointing.

Square interface on the shift lever ? that is what you need to make it work .

same sort of square like downtube shifter frame mounts, just not as thick

No I Don't own that kind of Campag Bar end , mine are antique friction only types ..

though I have used the Dia Compe /Cane Creek- rivendale- Shimano ones ..

How are the Dia Compe anyhow? They look well made.
