Shimano Tiagra STI R/H shifter lever does not return flush to hood
I will try to explain this issue as best I can. When I brake and release the lever it does not come back flush with the hood because the lever is hitting the body of the STI on the right side. It leaves about a 1/16th of an inch gap until I tap the lever to push it inward a hair, and then it comes back flush as it should. Is there an adjustment to pull the lever in toward the frame slightly? I can see where it is wearing the body of the shifter a little. There seems to be a little slack in the lever before engagement as well which is most likely related. Could it just be cable tension? It is shifting just fine.
