Show us your hand made tools
those into tinkering know that bike tools can be expensive, as eras change and equipment/parts evolve new tools are needed. Some tools you'll just have to pony up for, but some can be made at home. I for one have never owned a headset press, but instead use one I made out of steel and copper fittings. the copper end contact the cups and the steel portion is where I hammer on. I seem to have lost it in my tool box or somewhere otherwise I would have included a photo.

I don't use it much since I'm not interested in building with bladed spokes, but this is pretty simple to make.
BTW, I used to use only a homemade headset press. Then I bought the Park tool headset press --and love it.
I also have a homemade tool for setting the nut inside a threadless steering tube, and I hate it. Plan to buy one soon.

I could also use a good solution for the steering tube nut, screwed one up recently, bolt still screws in, but in an angle. Anyone have home made tool here?

I dont have a picture, but I have a couple of lengths of quarter inch ready bolt with a turnbuckle that I use for toe in adjustment for my trike.

A length of coat hanger wire bent into hooks at the end, as extra hands to hold chain ends together while a quick link is installed/removed or while using a chain tool.

my Father machined a foot long bar of steel , I supplied 2 pedal taps from the Bike Shop to cut threads in the end,
& now have a tool to bend bent pedal spindles straight again ..

Yep, I use the headset's top cap and a long bolt as a guide to get the starnut set in straight. Thread the bolt into the starnut and use it to guide the starnut into the steerer until it's just below flush and reasonably straight. Then remove the bolt, place the top cap over the steerer and thread the bolt in through it. Mark the desired depth on the bolt above the top cap and drive the bolt down to that mark. The top cap will act as a guide to get the starnut seated straight. Remove the long bolt and complete the assembly.

Framebuilding jig (partial) Made it after high school and built a couple of frames. The spider is much newer.
