Squeaking Rear Wheel

Well, for no reason, my rear wheel has begun to squeak when I shake the bike from side to side. Any idea what this could be? It's either coming from the hub, the rack, or the seatpost, but it happens even when the wheel is not spinning.

Sorry, it was my rack, a few bolts came slighly loose. No more sqeaks.

I also just fixed the same issue tonight on my own bike... loctited bolts to follow this weekend.
