Flat tyres

this might sound like a dumb thread but where evr i go i seem to get a puncture and they really do my head in, what makes of tyres have you all got im in desperate need of help

Sounds like you are getting several punctures from the same piece of glass that is stuck in your tire.

Have you checked your spokes. There is a layer of tape between the spokes and the tire. If the tape is not covering a portion of the inside of your rim, the tip of the spoke could be causing you to puncture. ........Are you inflating you tires to required pressure before EACH ride?

Just brainstorming here.
