Post crash carbon fiber check
I have dumped my Domane twice in 7 days.
both low speed stop fall over type wrecks.
I inspected the front and rear mechs, brakes, shifters,
and looked for anything out of the ordinary on the frame.
What should I look for after a wreck, aside from bent hanger, and derailer overtravel?

IMO, I wouldn't refer to a stop/fall-over a crash or a wreck. I've had a couple, I don't check the frame/fork in any way at the time, I give the pedals a quick back spin to verify the derailer/hanger is Ok, and check the brifter on the lay down side.

For just falling over, derailleur and brake function is the only thing. First, spin both wheels to verify the brakes work and aren't rubbing. After that you can cycle through the gears to check the derailleur (make sure to especially check for over-shift).
You might give the frame a more detailed inspection if you believe that it took a particularly sharp impact such as a tube hitting a curb or large rock. The main thing to look for are places where the frame is soft, or sounds especially dull when lightly tapped with a coin. Something like tink, tink, thik, thunk, which would indicate damage to the carbon. Also, any places where the clear coat is removed, and you can see broken exposed fibers. If you have doubts, the Trek dealer can inspect it.
This is a MTB frame (so more durable), but gives you some idea of what a good carbon frame can withstand.

Tipping over isn't going to do anything other than scratch the pain, unless the bike happens to fall in a way that concentrates the impact in a particularly weak frame portion (such as the middle of a top or down tube).

I am fairly sure I took all the force from yesterdays fall, the week before I got a scuff on the left side of the Brooks saddle, and a scrape on the left shifter, but no real shock to the frame or even wheels.
I was thinking more of a hard impact, eg riding into something, or flipping over guardrails etc.
