A bit of a Presta virgin here - how will it work with Schrader/Dunlop-drilled rim?

Years (maybe 4 or 5) ago when I was into S-100 vintage computing, I was ordering dozens of items from the US, almost all of them shipped in something called USPS Flat Rate Envelope. It cost US $9.50, and it was a hell of a deal. Also, let me add that not a single parcel shipped this way, or any parcel sent by USPS, was ever lost or damaged. (UPS, on the other hand, has a habit of damaging parcels, in addition to being overpriced).
From what I understand, USPS does not anymore offer that service, which is a pity. I am sure, however, that there ARE some options cheaper than $42.25 for such a tiny parcel!

Hey all, I am making these adapters from Nylon, using a 3D printer! Yay!!
I've been making other bicycle parts and tools by 3D printing (and all were my own designs) but earlier I didn't have access to strong, tough materials such as Nylon, so I was a bit restricted on what I could make. But now I have a Nylon spool, and have made a few parts, and let me tell you, they're strong as f¤ck!
