Centurion Headset Specs

The headset on my daughter-in-law's 1987 Centurion LeMans RS (black frame with yellow HT and ST) is starting to index, so I'm going to replace it while dealing with a cracked rim. Which diameter crown race does this fork have, and what's the stack height requirements?

Early Centurinas that were made in Japan had JIS headsets - 27.0 crown race, 30.0 headtube. Later, when production moved to Taiwan, they changes to the ISO 26.4/30.2 dimensions. But the only way to know for sure is to measure.

Or buy an ISO headset, because the frame and fork can be converted to that if necessary, but that will add to the cost.
