repair tags / forms???
Hey all,
I am wondering where you all get your repair tags or repair forms?... Or do you make your own? I have done alot of web search for templates but have seen anything... What do you all use??? Just trying to get an idea whats out there....Thanks in advance...

Sutherland used to sell bike specific sales/inventory tags, and repair tags. Or you can try NEBS who sells all kinds of forms and repair tags.

There's a number of available tickets from a variety of sources for the LBS. Sutherlands, Barnetts, Bluebird come to mind. Some I've liked better then others. Some come in differing versions, like w/ or w/o service jobs prelisted. In these computer days many use the form in their POS system or just mock up their own. Andy.

Anyway, uline carries a variety and their prices are typically pretty good. Enter tags in search box on uline for additional options.

I saw that Avery has a blank printable tag I might look into that too... I thought for sure there would be alot more printable templates for plain paper repair forms... Thanks all for the replys!! You guys are the best!!!
