Is the bracket perfectly level?

Friendly suggestion: lube your chain, look less, ride more.

That frame is just broken in.! You can keep riding but you might want to listen for sounds of dragging. :-)

Seriously, it shouldn't be a problem, a defect or an injury doesn't matter unless you're disappointed with the ride.

If bikes existed in Otto von Bismarck's day, he might have included them with laws and sausages among things where you don't want to look at how they're made.

If the bike rides right it is right, and don't obsess over it.

Bikes are not perfect things. How straight does the bike track? Do you have knee pain? The only real issues are the points that count, not the ones in between. Andy

if, in fact, it's bent or just made off kilter, IMO, it's not normal, but...

could be a one-off custom frame job for someone with Short-Leg-Syndrome. unlikely.

otherwise, what they said. ^^^

OP; To be honest, I haven't see a frame like yours... and from a frame builders standpoint, it is kinda difficult to screw it up like that. But just to be sure, I would recommend visiting a good LBS which has a set of frame alignment tools. If the tools show that the crank spindle and rear axle are correctly lined up and aligned with the front axle, then it will generally ride fine and safely.

Hope that helps

Build quality on "MTBs" with kickstand mounting plates like that is typically very low. Probably built that way. Close enough for a sub- $300 msrp.

Hopefully it's more a case of the kickstand plate being crooked than the BB shell.

hey, in your opinion was the bike manufactured like that ? because if i bent it wouldnt it be noticeable because the chain stays are really straight no kinks or bends and all the other tubes are all straight with no noticeable bends

You can bend stuff all you want, but it still wouldn't move the welds. Nothing can move welds, so the bike had to be built that way.

Seriously STOP OBSESSING -- the more you look, the more imperfections you'll find.
