Is there a Pinhead-style seatpost bolt for binders that run through the seatstays?

This is what I'm talking about:



Are there any locking bolts that will fit in a system like that? It seems like the Pinheads are only good for your typical above-the-joint seatpost collar.

Bikes: too many bikes from 1967 10s (5x2)Frejus to a Sumitomo Ti/Chorus aluminum 10s (10x2), plus one non-susp mtn bike I use as my commuter

It's basically the same, but you have to improvise spacers to bring the head out so it clears the stay.

It must be difficult. Remove the existing bolt and measure all its dimensions. Go to a hardware specialist and see if a tamper resistant bolt of the same dimensions is available.

Trivial, obvious, non-misleading answers must be considered helpful in this forum.
