We have pretty pathetic feed access, just a link to the feed blogspot provides. I really don't know much about feeds -- gotta read-up some -- but I know I use our feed on my Google homepage. BF has its own tab for feeds on my Google homepage.

I used to use Thunderbird on OpenBSD and OS X, but instead, I just cut back on the number of blogs and sites I look at. Now I use Firefox and bookmarks.

I'm using the RSS feed from my blog to integrate my blog into my website using ASP.NET. Read in the feed (XML) into a dataset and then spit it back out on the screen in which ever layout I setup. Planning on having a couple different pages which utilize what I plan to make into a custom control to display latest news, ride reviews, etc. Working with XML in asp.net is pretty easy, but there is certainly a performance hit over hitting a database local to the page.

It is a XML file which is produced by blogs, forums (such as BikeForums.net), etc to export it's content in a simple way which can be read by RSS readers, etc.
