I guess this is my blog, 304lbs to ???

    Me 4th July 2014.jpg

The charts say I should weight 132-167 lbs....so somewhere in there is probably "normal" for me, I have never been there, not once since I was a teenager, I'm 49 today. I came close about 6 years ago, 180 or so, but gained it back over the years between then and now.

Rode my first metric century on July 5th 2014. Rode a "real" century 25 years ago. 292 minutes riding, 52 minutes in rest stops. Self supported ride from small town to small town.

Using MFP to log calories, as of today I have a 68 day streak since the first day I signed up, started at 304...7 day running average weight right now is 261.9.....the morning I rode the metric I was 260 even.

Hope to have some more flattering pictures to add later on :-).

    Bill

I wrestled in junior high in the 191lb and unlimited classes and my HS Letterman's jacket is still a bit like a penguin tuxedo but I'm slowly getting there.

You're doing an impressive job and will never run out of support on this site...keep rolling!

(Top weight was 301-twice in the 90s, and currently in the 240s)

    Hi,
There is another forum Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg)

You might want to post there. Though, I weigh 257 and I don't post there, I was up to 285 at one point.

    Keep on Biking.
