Right, because muscle and ligament damage that isn't from blunt force trauma isn't real and doesn't happen. And if it did, it certainly wouldn't need to heal.

I just ride for fun and exercise during the in-season, but was surprised that I'm already partaking in all 5 of the listed activities. It's really common sense and a nod to a balanced lifestyle - Siddhartha's "middle path".
