i have a Sta frame, it's nice, pretty light. 5 lbs 15 ounces i think. i'm not sure. it's built like a tank. pretty expensive.

i would say either a s&m, a kink or a fit. i heard that s&m and fit are made by the same people. Moeller is the man

Ares... no wait St. Darwin... or ... KGB?

There is no 'best' bike, there are lots of good bikes that are almost identical though.

There's no such thing as a "Best" frame. Every ride has strengths and weaknesses.

I understand, but most riders after being in the sport for a while really don't care. A decent bike is a decent bike is a decent bike. There is no manufacturer I'm sponsored by, so I don't care what I ride. In my world (flatland) I think all the top manufacturers have at least one frame I'd be happy on.

Street is even worse than flatland - almost all the top companies have almost identical bikes! A T1 better or worse than a Standard? No, just different brand names on what amounts to the same product.

If the post is 'what's your favorite' brand, then that's a lot different. But, it just works out that there isn't a best and no company has set itself apart as putting out a unique and better product than the competition.
