Can anyone help me out on how exactly to do a decade(air)......i can do them flatland but i can't figure out how to get around and not move the frame at the same time......and i know i'll kill my self if i just try trial and error......

If anyone knows please let me know.....

decade

the only way i can explain it is to do a turndown, but with more force so your whole body moves round the front of the bike. lift your left foot really high to get it over the top tube.
