Is it even worth trying?

I was always fascinated by bmx bikes and all the tricks people would do, since i was like 8 y/o. I learned how to ride a bike when i was around 5 years old, I mostly had only mountain bikes, idk why i never got bmx maybe cuz i was to scared and they were very expensive in my country and time going on i forgot and passion went away. However like half a year ago i found Scotty Cranmer's youtube channel and been watching since.

So to get to my question finally, is it even worth it for me to start riding a bmx bike right now, im a big fella, 6'6 260 and 21 y/o. But i really like bmx life, just never got into it. Also watching Scotty's videos big boy is huge inspiration, im a little bigger than him, but watching him improve is amazing. My goal would be to start working out again lose bunch weight (half a year ago i lost 20lb)

Some of the best BMX's ever didn't get into BMX until their 20's! So if you have a dream you need to go for it, as otherwise when you're 40 you'll regret that you never tried.

Good luck man!

Good luck man!

I'm 45 and still have fun railing a pump track, even 40yo beginners are commonplace

If I were 6'6 , I'd likely be looking at a 24 or 26" bike though
