hey al u bmxers out der need some help wid learnin 360 hops started tryin them nearly pulled 1 but need some tips cheers

find a nice bank to learn on. keep your head moving the way you are rotating. then try it down 3-4 stairs. then try it on flat ground. remember to nosedive

Bike follows lower body follows upper body follows shoulders ultimately follow head. You don't have to wind up super hard, just start your spin from the ground (or lip) and carry it through by looking for the landing.
