yes i did some research.

i can get the premium 2005 frame for 105-110$ brand new. the frame looks amazing. just some things i wasnt able to find out about.

1.how long is the backend?
2.where can i buy a conversion kit for bb?
3.it comes in 20.5 and 21 should i go with the 20.5 seeing as how im aprox. 5'4" at 105 pounds.

can anyone answer these questions and give me their opinions on the frame. (i currently own a stock poverty buck 99)

i think that every frame is good for dirt and park, except flatland frames and race frames. not all frames are good for street

backend...14"-15" depending on where the wheel is in the dropouts...tt is either 20.5"
or 21"...conversion kits are sold by just about every mailorder...(albes, danscomp, empire..) i would buy it from Dans since you can get the Poverty conversion kit....and go with the 20.5" since your shorter....THE FRAME IS AWESOME....it works for dirt...too..

thanks flip, i'd rather order from albes than dans anywayz because its all done by hand, i'll keep the wtp conversion kit in mind, but i think im just gonna get a set of new cranks with it, i can get some good primo 3pc cranks for $45, besides mine are a little rusted.

rust....its just cosmetic...you can take it off with lime-away...and other rust remove products....i wouldnt uy new cranks just because of rust...but if you can get a nice set of Primo's for $45 then go for it...go with the Hollowbites...
