Tips for a newbie

Can some one tell me what is the best way to drob down a mini ramp? Cause when i try my sproket always gets caught. please give some advice and can anyone tell me how to get big air. O AND WHEN U GO OFF A HALF OR GUARTER PIPE DO U PULL UP OR JUST LET IT FLOW. Please help me out.O and any advice on getting sponsered.or what to work on to get good. thanks

just get lots of speed and as you go up the ramp lean back but no to far so that you go off backwards, when you go off the ramp lift the bike up but lift the back up more so that you land on the back wheel, but not to much on the back as it can hurt your wrists from the force. hope that helps

Ride parallell to the lip, then quickly turn in and lean out so you straighten out quickly. PRCTice Practice pRacTicE.

Roll in at an angle, never straight in. Dip down and pick up your back tire a bit as you go over the lip, you have to visualize this part in your head to make it happen.

Jump leaning back a little, depending on the type/length of jump you can push forward, lean back more or "pop up" as you come out of the tranny for different effects.

ok thanks. But the ramp i need to go down to get speed is only 4 feet wide.
