This may seem rediculous to some of you people but i can only buunny hop one foot. I'm looking to imprve my technique, learn new ones etc., in order to increace the air i get. I generaly jump and pull the whole bike up at once, or something like that. I know this is not the proper method, and need advice on lifting my rear tire off the ground so i can learn properly. help would be appreciated.

I just started riding last winter/spring, but I am working on:

180 Bunnyhops on flatland (I just can't seem to get the rotation)
Barspins (I attempted one a while ago and wrecked now I'm a little scared)
Bigger no footers (I can do decent no footers, but I am trying to kick my feet out even more)
Bigger no/one handers (Same as above)
Turndowns (I've almost got this one, I just need to get more vertical)

Turn head, turn shoulders, turn waist. Look at your landing as you are taking off and your body will follow. Try it going up a wedge to flat.
