Lesson time, kids...just because you run it and it hasn't broken (yet) doesn't make it the lightest, strongest, best, blah blah blah. BMXers suffer from several pervasive delusions, among them being the tendency to give praise where it isn't necessarily due simply because you or someone you know rides a particular stem, frame, wheelset, bar, tire, headset, crankset...

As mentioned multiple times TODAY, Hazard Lite rims are relatively strong but that certainly is *not* their biggest selling point. Go read reviews, go talk to people who have gone through a number of wheelsets, go talk to mechanics who are replacing these things frequently.

i understand all that, but the point of this forum is to offer your personal opinion and share your experiences. i'm not saying my kit is the best, i'm just saying it has worked for me. if it breaks tomorrow, i'll consider something else but until then, i'm happy. I'm not a poseur or a bragger, i'm just saying it like it is.

if you have good spokes, any hub laced to a big city is pretty strong. i hate hazard lites. way too weak. i don't even care about weight

yea...dont buy waste so much money on a primo cassete when you could buy a perfectly good wheel for the price of the primo hub alone.

and to answer your question...dont waste money on a poverty hub. buy somthing decent. i dont know sh*t about rims.
