just got my parts in the mail.

well i just got $310 worth of parts in the mail and spendin another 150$ monday at the bike shop. hopefully after that my haro will be up and running. ill post pics and a bike check after i get it back.

btw, will a odyssey driver fit a premium cassete hub? or do i need to waste another 90$ on a new rear hub.

Nope, your Odyssey driver can fit Haro and Mosh hubs, but not premium.

On Dans the Odyssey 1 piece driver was listed as only being able to fit Mosh and Haro, but then again Dans doesn't have Premium hubs, so they might not say if it fits them or not.

Premium and Haro are the same company. Their hubs should be pretty much identical.

Haro cassette hubs actually for some unknown reason used a different shell and are not compatible. Odyssey / Premium / Mosh shells are all identical, but the Premium hub uses a 4-pawl driver where Mosh and Odyssey use 3. They are all functionally interchangeable, though, so his setup should work fine.

yeah, most of the time when people buy crappy parts it's because they don't know about good parts, but obviously you know about good parts, that's what confuses me.

Wash cars, mow lawns, sell crack, mug little old ladies. If there's a will, you'll find a way to earn some money. Just don't do what Queensrider does, ok?

alright well i mainly went to the shop for a few reasons:
1) Lack of tools
2) Lack of knowledge of working on cranks, headsets, and drivers
3)Every bearing on my bike being blown
4)stripped out bolts
5)the shop i bought the bike from drenched the bolts in lok-tite (or whatever its called) so i cant get them off

4pc bars? nothing wrong with them. felt like doing something different for a change and i like how they look. oh big deal there two lbs heavier, if u cant lift an extra 2lbs its prettty sad.

my bike is finished but i cant get it due to a lack of money. my headset had to be replaced and a few other things now im short like 35$

There you go, everyone. Nothing to be jealous of here. Not only can he not fix his own bike, he can't afford to pay someone to fix it for him. There's a lesson to be learned here, but I'm not sure what. In the meantime, I hope you get your bike back soon.

i put the stuff on that i could. but i cant sh*t out new bearings and tools everytime i need need them.

i have a set of allen keys that fits almost nothing and a mismatch socket set.

i cant install bearings, i cant re-lace and true a rim.

cant use handtools? i could do all the electrical work in a house without a single power tool.
