There are other places with DIFFERENT parts than Dans, but not just more parts in general, and Dans is almost always cheapest too. Yet, many people refuse to buy from them, they go to Albes, or Staff becasue they beleive that they "deserves their money". I'm guessing they'll post their opinions on Dans when they see this thread.

i always go through dans and the worst screw up they did so far is send me 1 tire instead of the 2 i ordered, they also charged me for only one tire so i didnt really care. I have never recieved any damaged goods from them and there prices are cheaper than every bike shop around me. ive never tried albes/empire/staff so i cant say much about them, but i do no i have every intention of staying with dans (yes im biased)

some people refuse to use Dans because they have their heads up their arses and are sheep, following something they know nothing about.
t1 ripped off dans, sold them shirts and never sent them. so dans made fake shirts to recoup their money. T1 got mad and no millions of little kids don't like dans...
some people don't order from dans because it's a corporate owned company. yet these same people buy food from corporations, buy clothes from corporations, buy cars from corporations....

I've had success ordering from Albes.
Great prices, VERY helpful service, prompt delivery, and free shipping (granted, I had to drive down to the good ol US of A to pick it up at a recieving warehouse)

Anyway, though, I don't deal with Dan's because they're shady. I ordered a stem from them , and after it didn't show up two weeks later, I called them, and they said that they were out of stock but that a shipment would be coming in the next week. I called the next week, and got the same answer. This continued for a month, until I told them to just send me a Redneck Light instead, which they did. However, they didn't reimburse me the extra money that I paid ($5) for the other stem.

im not makeing fun. im telling it like it is. its not like you pick where and who your born to. (unless your jewish and believe in kablistic teachings) never said we were rich. just said we lived in a rich county. and its not like being rich is somthing to be ashamed of.
