Dirt riding questions..

Hey all. I used to be into Flatland a couple years ago, and was heavily into that. I moved, and since then, it slowed down, and eventually quit. I'm now wanting to get back into BMX, but this time, I'm thinking about going for some Dirt, and Street riding, instead. It's been a while, and I'm not that knowledgeable about dirt riding, but would it be fine to use a Freecoaster hub on a dirt bike? I don't see why it wouldn't, but I've never been seriously into dirt, so I honestly would not know. Also..

Tabletops- How in the world can people pull this trick off? I used to do them off large kickers, and I'd execute them perfect, but on landings, I'd always slide out to the side, any advice on this?

Thanks for any help, I appreciate it..
