Help: One foot tables and tiregrabs...

the title is self explanitory...

I was looking at a picture and a video clip of me doing a one-foot table and ...well...it sucked.
Basicly i ride LEFT foot forward and take off my left foot, and table to the right. (on regular tables i go to the left)... what happens is when i take my foot off and try to pull the bike up to flatten it, it ends up going away from me and looking really ulgy..i was wondering if anyone had any tips on keeping the bike under me so i can lay the table flatter...

As for the tire grabs...
I can do like a tire slap..but i was wondering would it make it easier to get into like a no hander position so i can actually "grab" the tire, also..my straight cable gets in the way sometimes...(as in sometimes i grab that instead and it restricts my reach for the tire...)

1) Take off your right foot.
2) Pull the bike into you with your other hand as you grab the tire.

I meant table to the right and take off your right foot. But I have the same problem; I can only table opposite (darkside airs and Euro tables on opposite hips). Just yank your foot off and put it down. Hell, try doing a fastplant table.

A euro is basically a turnbar with a table.

A Euro table is the "new" term for a moto-whip. Basically, it's the same thing as table, but your bars are pointed towards the ground.
