That's a yes on Fit, and I'm pretty sure that it's a yes on Metal as well.

S&M was started first, and S&M is the same brand as Fit. Metal is a different company, but their bars (and probably their frames) are welded by S&M, and they are also distributed by S&M as well.

S&M also does several other companies, such as Revenge and Evolution Bikes.

Does this mean that Fit gets ALL of its building of frames/forks/bars and welding done at S&M?
If so then will the Fit frames will have the same warranty? (if you know that would be nice)

Fit is S&M. It's as simple as that. It's the exact same relationship as, say, Honda and Acura.

edit: And, yes, the warranty should be the same.
edit: And, if I remember correctly, the Fit completes are made in Taiwan.

What's that supposed to mean? Fit's non-complete frames, forks, and bars are all made in the S&M warehouse in Santa Ana.

That's actually a good question. I'm guessing that it's either S&M or FBM (unless I was misinformed and S&M still produces FBM's bars) if they're made in the US, but, on the other hand, I've never actually heard anyone mention that anything by Animal is made in the US, so it might just be some Taiwanese factory.
