1) It depends on how wide the tire is, and how far back it is in the dropout. You could probably slam it with a smaller width Maxx Daddy without it hitting the stays.
2) Yes, it can take a beating, and it won't dent that easily.
3) If you break it, you can buy a new frame from them at cost, with free shipping; it's the same as it is for every other S&M frame. You won't break it, though.
4) Unless you're sketchy as hell doing pedal grinds, I can't imagine how you would dent the back end. And, for the record, I rode a Stricker for a year and a half (which is basically the same frame, but with lighter tubing) without putting a single dent in it; the only damage was wear on the bottom bracket and chainstays from pedal and BB grinds.

dont get max daddy they are crappy, the pbr is pretty old but its a nice frame, the lowest gearing you can run is around 30t, its could handle a bit of abuse but its not an Angel Of Death.

That's not denting, that's twisting. The only frames that I ever see with twisted rear triangles are Fly frames, specifically the Panteras.

Youll be fine with the frame. Its better than your Redline and stronger
As for the tires, there good but only for the front. I have had my Maxx Daddy for about 7 months now and i intend on gettin another one, there very good for dirt...jsut dont run yours in the back becuse it probly wont clear the brakes and anyways...its not a good back tire, try something like a Prmo Wall for the back...

It's just their frame. I bought it piece by piece (but all at once). No other Redline parts on it.

and you have an american BB.
internaly machined headtube means nothing as far as what kind of headset(you use a regular one NOT and internal or integrated...)
