my pedals suck!...

ok well today my friends and i were ridin the streets and i came across some pretty cool gaps, n one was only about 10ft long and a foot drop from a sidewalk to a road, i hit it and made it with no problems but my right crank arm was creaking a lil so im like f' it....if somthin is about to break then its going to. so i came across a gap that was the coolest ive seen in a while, it was a 3 foot drop + the drop of the ditch on the side of the road which was 20ft away from the take off or the end of the sidewalk/where it sloped down, now ive been having problems with my pedals stripping and bearings going so i shouldve expected them not to last soo long [1year] [they are mosh steps and very cheap] well i stick the landing and i feal my legs like drop/ twist, i dont know but it felt weird, and i stop and my right pedal were bent at prolly a 45 degree angle down and my left bent forward prolly 25 degrees.....so yeah i need new pedals, any recomendations**********? cielencki or dk cross, or the primo mags sealed which i can get barely used for a mear 45 dollars vs the 70$ from a shop, my friend said there too big for him but i think they feal good so yah what are some descent pedals for street and trails thatll hold 200lbs and descent sized street gaps? your input will be greatly appreciated...

How much can pedals cost that you can't afford good ones? Heck, a couple weeks at even some lame job and you can have good stuff.

Wellgo MG-52's

(Staff mailorder sells em...there light, grippy, sealed, and black.) what more do you want from your pedals (oh and there pretty strong...)

Odyssey JC's are good too....

Personally i dont like the Primo pedals, i have had a set of Primo MG tenderizers and there not that great, i cant wait till my Wellgo Mg-52's come in....

Odyssey Jim C.s, they are the best. I know atleast 20 people that run them with no problem. Big guys, small guys, major pedal grind guys, this one chick, and it's an Odyssey product so you can't realy go wrong.

Learn how to land. If you're bending pedals on landings, it's not just a materials issue.

The Hamilton pedals are newer so not many people would have experience with them. The Cielenckis have withstood the test of time.

The Hamilton pedals are what happens when you take Jim C pedals, and reverse-engineer them so that they're not as good.

Everybody bent pedals before JCs came along. MG52s aren't half as strong as JCs.
