Cranks

i have had the ****iest luck with cranks i had the stock crank on my GT Mach One Pro and i twisted that and bent the spindle now i have a redline one and i bent both of the crank arms on that one so i need a good crank

any sugestions

you could get some very very nice profile cranks but they will take you back $150. povery POW are ok and there 80 bucks.eastern pros are nice and they cost like 130. i would really absolty go with the profiles; they are light very durable, and will last you a good while

I just ordered a set of profile racing cranks, havent gotten them yet, but Ive heard good things about them. Has anyone here had any problems with them?

Titanium demand is going through the roof because the aerospace industry is switching from using "aircraft aluminum" to Titanium for many plane parts. It's lighter and stronger and hence more economical to fly. With rising jet fuel prices, many airlines are upgrading.
So like your teacher says (or used to anyway), "demand goes up, price goes up".

Yeah, its unfortunat for me, becuase i really wanted to get a Ti spindle, but im not about to drop $100 to get one now...Before it was all of $60-50

well since you do alot of urban riding, I would just get a better bike. GT Mach 1's arent designed for urban riding.
