bad accident

the other day i was riding down at my local leisure centre when i fall over on the gravel and slide all over the place, my elbow opened up and blood everywhere im out of riding for ages and cant bend my arm, luckily i didnt break it, but still a huge hole. oh well!

Did you flat-out fall- or were you doing a trick and you fell? If the first one, that's just pathetic (and embarassing (sp)).

there wasnt enough skin left on my elbow to stitch!!!! it was that bad, i was doing a tailwhip wen i fell, im recovering ok though,
