Put a Mcdonalds next to it and leave it over night, it will soon find it's own way out!

easy way? screwdrive. see if you can stuff an old dirty t-shirt or some padding down their first to prevent denting it.

OMG, the Mcdonald will only make you more hungry, If it the unsealed bearings type, you should be able to take a chissle, place it inside the BB against the bearing thingy, and then hit it with a big @$$ hammer. This should dislodge the 2 BB bearing shells.

The fat jokes are kind of stupid any one can make jokes about that even like a 3 or 4 year old.

Hey, it's not my fault that you look like a Caucasian version of Eddie Murphy in The Nutty Professor.

That's cold. But it is true, it looks like he has a few lunchboxes full for lunch everyday, no offense of course lunchbox, you just look like you haven't been riding very long because of your 'stature'.

I noticed that I have not been riding very long, everyone here knows I haven't been riding very long. I said you don't look like a true BMXer, it looks by the appearence of yourself that you have not been riding for very long. Oh yes, and a few words of advice, don't mess with Beerman because he will cut you down and you will go crying back to your mother- it's been done many a time.
