Bikes: Custom Eastern, 21" toptube dragon frame, 25t medusa sprocket and 9t driver, forks stem and bars all eastern, wheels are eastern pro 48 spoke, kenda tires, dia tech with dirty hairy brake lever, eastern electron crank, about $870 worth of parts

stiff handlebars

my handlebars do not move left and right as freely as they should, could this be cause of the gyro? thanks

loosen the fork bolt a bit, or maybe your bearings are shot if they arent sealed.
