can someone identify this frame?

hey, I found this bike (in the trash! RECYCLE YOUR CYCLE) and am wondering what the frame itself is. it looks like the forks and front end were once green but the paint has worn and the chrome is showing now.

the only serial number is on the right rear dropout and says 70876.

I know the components dont matter much but here's what it came with.

areya alu rims with XS scrambler tires and dk hubs
1 piece gt crank
xs sprocket
dyno headset/seat/seatpost

i know it's old school, but still wondering wtf it may be.

It's a ghetto cruiser. But the front gusset looks very Redline-ish.

It's a 1992 or 1993 Piecev Shid. They were pretty popular in the early-mid '90s Israeli BMX racing scene.

I thought it was an 1983 Junkobyk. Unpopular Ugoslavian bike.

Yet the rediculously long brake cable is STILL popular.
