1 piece cranks

ok ive got myself feeling really stupid i went to take a 1 piece off my Diamondback viper and i tried and tried but i cant remeber how to get the thing off!!! very irritating can anyone help me out please?

take off pedal and nuts off non drive side, take off chain, work it out

just buy 3 piece cranks, or buy a bike with 3 piece lol

One piece cranks are more complicated... or atleast that's how most people feel.

Ya, I find 1 peice to be even more of a b!tch to get apart then any 3 peice.

i know how to work 3 pieces perfectly fine i just cant/couldnt figure out how to get the 1 piece off its been forever since i even saw a 1 piece so ill try that and let yall know how it goes. thanks yall

That big nut? Twist it the other way to loosen it.

If you put a big wrench on it, and no matter how much you loosen it, it still doesn't come off, you're twisting the wrong way. I swear.

ok now im feeling even stupiditer i went through all that trouble just to realize i was trying to fix the wrong problem it was the freewheel i screwed up not my crank!!! so not good i went and got a crank for nothing a couple weeks ago but hey i wanted to put a 3 piece on it anyways so i cant be to mad. anyways now im on to getting a new freewheel now i know how to get the spindle out but ive never had to fiddle with the actual freewheel never brken those before so could someone help me with replacing that please?

ok ill try that when i go and get the freewheel tomorrow im thinkin bout just saying f@#$ and getting a whole new back rim get myself away from the stocked stuff on the bike
