Missing a bike in rva?

So last night saw some sketchy dude riding what appeared to be a pretty sweet bmx bike. I couldn't tell you a make/model but it looked nice and new (pearl white with all black hardware). Anyways the dude looked mad sketch and had a huge bandana on/near his chin he asked me for directions after passing me and my roomie a few times. About an hour later some other dudes pass us and ask us if we've seen this guy on a bike blah blah after describing the guy it was the same one and he had apparently just tried to rob these two. My suspiscion of the bike being stolen was because of how uncomfortable he looked on it and the fact that he tried to rob some other people. Anyways we called the police and they patrolled and later we saw a big ol police van fly through the stop sign on our block, this may not mean anything but if you find yourself walking the police may have your bike. By the way 1800 block of west grace st.

Flat tire on the front. Cant stop that unless you weld the dust cap to the valve but then whats the point

Nah, the sensible thing would be to leave it there to rust.
